WHY use a Design Sprint?
It is no longer enough to have a “good quality product” you need to have the correct product.
Design Sprints are the fastest way to find out if a product is worth developing, if a feature is worth the effort, or if your value proposition is valid.
Don’t invest months, invest a week. Save thousands of dollars, dozens of meetings and weeks of build time in return.
WHAT is the Process of a Design Sprint?
A Design Sprint is a four to five day process in which a product is developed or refined by a team of 6 – 10 people. On Day 1 we work in person with you, our client, to define the challenges and scope of the week. Day 2 is about deciding what challenges to prototype. Day 3 is about rapidly building the prototype, which is then tested with real users on Day 4.
What is the exact Result?
The outcome of every Design Sprint Week is an interactive prototype, tested by real users, and with clear insights on where to go next.
With our internal and international expert network, we are able to support you on the next steps, too.
Who is our Speedboat Sprint for?
Start-ups: They want to win with a validated product and need to position their brand.
SMES: They want to develop a new product, reposition themselves or market a new product.
Brands: They want to be more agile and boost their positioning.
In-house: They want to develop further their product portfolio based on our tested prototype.
What happens after the Design Sprint?
Once you have a tangible representation of your product in your hand and real user insights to guide your next steps, making decisions becomes a lot more straightforward.
You can make a second design sprint to iterate and polish the idea, bringing it very close to production-ready, or you could use the prototype to sell the idea further and develop the concept.

The Design Sprint Framework
The sprint is a 4-5 day process for answering critical business questions through design, prototyping, and testing ideas with customers.
Working together in a sprint, you can shortcut the endless debate cycle and compress months into one week. Instead of waiting to launch a minimal product to understand if an idea is any good, you'll get specific data from a realistic prototype. In addition, the sprint gives you a superpower: You can fast-forward into the future to see your finished product and customer reactions before making any expensive commitments.
Our approach to the Design Sprint methodology will have you creating a customer-driven product in just 4 days. You'll get the chance to test important assumptions & make decisions before you put in months of hard work. You'll be able to validate your strategy before making any final commitments.
We work in person with you to define the challenges and scope of the week. Then, we create a set of questions and assumptions.
This is about deciding what challenges to prototype.
This is about rapidly building prototypes.
The prototype will be tested with real users and pitched.
Day 05 (optional)
The prototype will be pitched to the stakeholders.
Final Testing & Refinement
Finally! A new way to validate your design assumptions. Design Sprint Testing is the first practical, affordable way to test your design before you build it. By interviewing customers on the last day of the Design Sprint, you'll know if your idea is feasible or not.
Stop wasting time and money building a product nobody wants.
